Construction Laborer

Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects, from foundational work to finishing touches. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials Support rebar installation and concrete forming activities to ensure structural integrity Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper consistency and placement Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to follow project specifications accurately Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, and steel components Support masonry, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other finishing work Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely when required for site tasks Assist with framing, metal stud framing, carpentry, roofing, and renovation projects Conduct general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades is a plus Knowledge of mechanical systems and construction estimating processes is advantageous Hands-on experience with concrete finishing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, or masonry is desirable Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and commercial driving vehicles Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments Strong understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites Experience working on restoration or renovation projects is beneficial Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction!
