Construction Manager

Job Overview Silver Creek LLC is a fast-growing exterior construction company specializing in commercial and residential siding installation, repair, and restoration. We're looking for an experienced On-Site Construction Manager to lead field operations across multiple active job sites — someone who thrives outdoors, keeps crews running efficiently, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship on every project. Must not be afraid of heights. Duties Oversee daily field operations on commercial and residential siding projects from start to completion Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews of 5-10 workers Read and interpret blueprints, project specs, and scopes of work for siding, trim, and exterior cladding Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes (IRC / IBC) Conduct daily site inspections and document progress with photos and written reports Monitor project schedules and flag delays or material shortages proactively Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance at all times Serve as primary point of contact for clients on-site, resolving issues with professionalism Coordinate with project managers and estimators on change orders and scope adjustments Maintain accurate records of labor hours, material usage, and daily logs Skills 3+ years of on-site construction management or foreman experience, preferably in exterior or siding work Hands-on knowledge of vinyl, fiber cement (HardiePlank), wood, and engineered wood siding systems Experience managing both commercial (light commercial, multi-family) and residential projects simultaneously Strong understanding of flashing, WRB (weather-resistant barrier), and moisture management best practices Comfortable using project management and scheduling tools (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Excellent communication skills and ability to lead diverse crews
