Construction Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team at the Wenatchee campus in Washington. This role is 100% onsite and will involve working closely with our Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) and Data Center Delivery (DCD) teams to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Responsibilities Support construction activities from project initiation through closeout, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and action items are tracked and executed on time. Coordinate meetings, vendor activities, engineering site visits, and internal cross-functional discussions to maintain project progress. Assist in preparing project approval tools, requests for proposals, and scope-of-work documentation to support on-time delivery. Participate in weekly meetings for construction Campus/Metro. Oversee project repositories, ensuring clear organization, retrieval, and version control of documentation across all phases. Maintain, track, and archive all required project documentation, including drawings, logs, compliance documents, engineering reports, and turnover packages. Actively participate in project site safety, including daily site reviews for EHS observations, and assist with coordination of EHS-related documentation. Track project constraints and risks; escalate delays or issues and initiate acceleration programs when critical path tasks are compromised. Assist in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring contract compliance, including coordinating documentation required for commissioning managers and contractors. Provide accurate project progress data, KPI metrics, and schedule updates to support cost management and reporting. Essential Skills 1-5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or datacenter environments and project coordination or project support roles. Strong organization and multitasking capability. Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Excel, MS Project, and dashboards. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and communicate across technical and non-technical teams. Attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding of data center environments, including power, cooling, and MEP systems. Familiarity with construction delivery or commissioning processes. Work Environment The role is based in Wenatchee, WA, and requires 100% onsite presence. The work schedule is estimated at 40 hours per week. Equipment such as a laptop, docking station, and headphones will be provided. The work involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires adherence to safety and compliance standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Malaga, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $97.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
