We are preparing to launch a new consumer-facing brand that will bring this innovation to a much broader audience. We are looking for a highly creative and driven person who has experience making compelling video content, including filming and editing for social media. As a content producer, you will have broad creative freedom and access to a huge amount of interesting, unique content to work with. The ideal candidate loves to take initiative, has technical acumen, and is excited to have the opportunity to build an outward-facing brand identity and go-to-market content strategy from the outset. We want the content for this brand to be different. More like story-telling and a compilation of shorts where the product is the side character and the story-telling takes the main stage. This is an opportunity to join a phenomenal team early on that is building some bad-a•products. At the end of the day, we need someone who can make super cool content to match. You will do more than join a team, you will create something new every day. Description We're looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Producer/Videographer to help define the visual identity and online presence of our new brand. You'll concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content across social platforms while helping develop the overall creative direction of the brand. This could include filming behind-the-scenes moments in a factory, building out our facility, producing cinematic product teasers, interviews, mini-documentaries, or trend-driven content. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, moves quickly, and thrives in creative environments with lots of ownership and experimentation. We are open to the type of background and experience for this role, whether you studied film, worked in production, spent years making content online, or have experience in the film industry. Create engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X Film and edit content ranging from cinematic brand pieces to fast-paced social clips Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content ideas Capture behind-the-scenes footage of product development, company culture, and creative processes Stay current on social trends, editing styles, internet culture, and emerging content formats Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and creatives to bring ideas to life Help shape the voice, tone, and aesthetic of a brand being built in real time Experiment constantly and iterate quickly based on audience engagement Who You Are Highly creative with a strong visual eye and storytelling instincts Passionate about filmmaking, content creation, social media, or internet culture Comfortable both behind the camera and in the editing timeline Excited by ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and building things from scratch Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects from concept to final edit Naturally curious and collaborative Preferred Experience Experience filming and editing video content for social media or digital platforms Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar Understanding of lighting, framing, audio, pacing, and visual storytelling Experience growing social accounts or creating viral/high-performing content is a plus Film school graduates, production assistants, editors, cinematographers, and creatives from the film industry are strongly encouraged to apply Photography, motion graphics, animation, or VFX experience is a bonus Attention to detail Collaboration and teamwork Communication skills (oral, written and listening) Decision-making and problem solving Prioritize and engage in multiple tasks Why Join Us Build a brand from day one Massive creative ownership and freedom Work on projects that blend technology, storytelling, and culture Join a highly ambitious and collaborative startup team Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly evolving company and consumer brand Pay and Benefits Flexible Vacation / Paid Sick Time / Family Leave Medical and Dental Insurance Stock Options and Bonuses Base pay is $65,000-$90,000 depending on experience level Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
