- Lead and sustain Lean manufacturing initiatives across plant operations
- Coach and train operators, supervisors, and leaders in Lean principles
- Drive cultural change through hands-on implementation, not theory
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops
- Standardize Lean tools and methods across sites Lean Tools You Will Apply Daily
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Standardized Work
- Kaizen & Continuous Flow
- Kanban & Supermarket Design
- Takt Time & Production Flow
- SMED / Quick Changeover (QCO)
- 5S & Visual Management
- Error Proofing (Poka-Yoke)
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Measurement & Impact
- Develop and maintain Lean project tracking and reporting
- Quantify and communicate financial impact of improvements
- Ensure consistency and sustainability of Lean gains
- Partner with global CI teams to share best practices What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred: Industrial, Chemical, Electrical)
- 5+ years experience driving Lean in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
- Proven success leading Kaizen events on the shop floor
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and change-management skills
- Ability to influence without authority and engage frontline teams
