Contracted Residential /Commercial Cleaners

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential /office spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices, shopping centers, and various businesses. Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining surface cleanliness. Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to ensure a healthy environment. Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process. Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively for carpet cleaning, window washing, and general upkeep. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care methods. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies; janitorial or hotel housekeeping management experience is advantageous. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around homes throughout the day. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
