7274439 Raven Ridge is hiring an experienced Controller to lead core accounting and financial operations. This individual will oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting support, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting activities while partnering with leadership across the business. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to contribute strategically while remaining involved in daily financial operations. Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting operations Maintain internal controls and support audit readiness Analyze financial performance and provide operational insight to leadership Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting efficiency Assist with ERP optimization and financial system enhancements Supervise and mentor accounting staff as needed Support inventory and cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of financial reporting and general accounting principles Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Exposure to manufacturing and cost accounting environments preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment What This Opportunity Offers Broad exposure across finance and operations Collaborative and team-oriented environment Opportunity to influence process improvements and business performance Visible role with meaningful leadership interaction Company DescriptionRaven Ridge is a full service recruiting organization based in NH.
