Convenience Store Cashier FT/PT

Afternoon and evening hours only. Hours will be between 2-1030pm. Busy convenience store located near the intersection of Linville Rd and Business 40 just outside of Kernersville and Winston. We are looking for candidates available between 2pm and 1030pm. Weekends required. We have full time and part time shifts available. 2 years experience in convenience store or fast food is recommended. Paid weekly. Hourly play after training is $13 plus weekly performance bonus of $.75

West Mountain St Kernersville Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Process customer interactions following company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with locating products and answering product-related questions
• Promote and upsell products and services to meet sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish as a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of electronics, technology, wireless, or technical sales is preferred
