Converting Machine Operator / 2nd Shift

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating equipment, with a focus on quality control and precision. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and meets safety standards. Training will be provided to ensure knowledge of the equipment and our internal processes. Duties Operate and monitor a label converting machine. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct quality control checks while operating and producing the highest quality labels and shrink sleeves Collaborate with team members on the schedule and work that should be completed Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Assist in warehouse operations as needed Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a factory or warehouse environment. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. Proficient in operating equipment. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Pay:

$23.00 - $27.50 per hour
