Breakfast is served banquet style, lunch is ticket service, and dinner is a predetermined set menu. This position is seasonal with the opportunity for full-time should you be a good fit. Responsibilities Accommodate dietary restrictions when needed Prepare and cook a variety of meals with precision and care Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support food service operations by serving meals efficiently and courteously to residents or guests Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health standards Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events or special meal requests Requirements Prior experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right applicant. Preferred background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the food industry or restaurant settings Knowledge of food safety protocols Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food handling and sanitation practices Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and residents/guests Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks We really just need you to be able to follow directions.
