Tully Hill is accepting applications for individuals to join our team as a Cook . Prepare daily meals for patients, staff and visitors that is tasty, nutritious, well presented and fun! Help our patients be reintroduced to and enjoy delicious and nutritious food! Tully Hill offers a great opportunity to work in a recently renovated, immaculate commercial kitchen. Our kitchen team is led by a Food Service Director / Head Chef with 20+ years' food service industry experience. Our recently constructed serenity garden offers a multi-functional patio area that surrounds raised planters. Fresh, home-grown herbs, vegetables and fruit are harvested for use in preparing meals. Our BBQ smoker is a fun option for cooking food in a controlled, smoky environment. Job duties include performing prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting; completing hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling ingredients, preparing menu items according to approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control; serving patients, staff and visitors in a friendly, efficient manner; setting up and breaking down hot/cold food station; operating kitchen equipment (slicer, mixer, grill, oven, fryer, dishwasher) in accordance with health department and OSHA guidelines, using proper techniques for food handling and storing leftovers; cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and utensils; washing dishes and ensuring compliance with applicable Department of Health food service regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills required. Previous food prep and cooking experience preferred. Current
