Level II:

$65-$82

K Level I:

$55-$73K Two different levels. For the Cost II, looking for candidates who are cost accountants, inventory accountants, or general accountants ( not an AP or AR person) either from manufacturing, or another product type company(like distribution or retail, etc). The person could also come from public accounting if they had manufacturing clients. For the Cost I level, that's a 0-3 year candidate with a Bachelor's degree and a fundamental understanding of the principles of cost accounting (cost fundamentals like ''fixed and variable costs'', variance analysis, a manufacturing environment, etc). This could be through schooling...so a fresh grad is totally fine for this level....but they need to have ''fire in the belly'', and want to learn and grow. At either level, need someone with a basic understanding of the principles of cost accounting and an interest in it!
