Assist students with career pathways development. Understand how to assist student with mental health. Counsel students in groups or individually. Commitment to the Saints Academy PLC process. Assist in scheduling and monitoring of student schedules, progress towards graduation, and other required documents for Area Learning Centers. Make connections with students and staff. Proven skill in forming, building, and maintaining positive relationships with students, families and staff. Benefits offered for this position include: Medical Insurance with district contribution for Single coverage or Family coverage Dental Insurance with district contribution for Single coverage, Employee +1 coverage, or Family coverage FSA Account- Flexible Spending Account Long Term Disability Income Insurance Life Insurance paid for by the district TRA (Pension Plan): 8% employee contribution and 9.81% district contribution Employee Assistance Program Retirement Plan 403(b) or Roth IRA Floating Holidays Sick Leave includes ESST Personal Paid Days HSA
