Position Overview Schedule:

Full-time, 5 days per week

Center-based special education classroom

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support Assist with academic instruction and behavior management Support activities of daily living (including toileting if needed) Implement IEP accommodations and behavior plans Collaborate with teachers and support staff Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree or higher, OR Minimum of 60 college credit hours, OR Passing score on ParaPro or equivalent assessment Preferred Qualifications Prior paraprofessional experience Experience with ASD, EBD, or moderate-severe needs Familiarity with PBIS, ABA, CPI, or similar strategies Strong communication and teamwork skills This is a great opportunity to support students in a structured, team-oriented environment.
