Job Description

The Foxwood Hills Covenant Enforcement Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Property Owners Association's governing documents, including covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), bylaws and community standards. This role helps maintain property values and community aesthetics through consistent enforcement, communication and education. Conduct routine inspections of properties and common areas to identify violations of POA rules and standards. Investigates complaints submitted by residents, board members, or management. Documents violations with detailed reports, photographs, and notes Issues violation notices and follow up to ensure timely resolution Maintains accurate records of inspections, correspondence and enforcement actions Communicates clearly and professionally with property owners regarding violations and compliance requirements Educates residents on POA rules, policies and procedures Coordinates with the General Manager and Board on enforcement strategies and escalations Attends board meetings, hearings or court as needed to present findings or provide updates Monitors compliance with deadlines and takes appropriate enforcement action when necessary Assists in updating and refining community standards and enforcement action when necessary Assists in updating and refining community standards and enforcement procedures Other duties as assigned by the general manager/board of directors
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
