Crew Chief Restoration Services

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Crew Chief to lead restoration services teams in delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a vital leader on the restoration crew, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship in fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other specialized cleanup services. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restoration crews during projects involving fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and general cleanup. Coordinate daily job assignments, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform restoration tasks such as demolition, cleaning, sanding, or surface preparation. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including logs of materials used and project milestones. Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards while promoting a safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and restoration processes. Familiarity with fire restoration, water damage repair, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and general cleanup procedures. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Experience managing teams or leading projects within the restoration or construction sectors. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
