Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with their orders and ensuring their needs are met. Operate the Aloha POS system for efficient cash handling and order processing. Prepare food items according to culinary standards and maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen facilities. Handle food items safely, adhering to all food handling guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
