Front Desk Receptionist

Kent Physical Therapy is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. We are patient centered outpatient physical therapy clinic committed to delivering the highest-quality care. Our front team plays a critical role in shaping the patient experience. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable front desk patient coordinator to support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable, working in a fast paced healthcare environment. Part time position of at least 20 hours per week. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and all individuals that enter the office. Answers all incoming calls Responsible for recording patient's check in and out every visit Call patients to reschedule appointments Secure insurance authorizations for proper billing. Communicate with physician's offices regarding therapy prescriptions and plan of care Ensure that the front desk and clinical working area is neat and orderly

Requirements:

Possess excellent customer service skills. Experience as a front desk receptionist is preferred but not required. Experience on WebPT system Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and skills on computer and other office equipment preferred. Should be a team player, motivated and well organized even in a busy environment. Must be willing to work 10 hour shifts.
