Dedicated crisis counselor for adults in crisis. Travel throughout Miami, Darke & Shelby Counties to provide crisis ssessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow up care. Provide brief intervention along with ongoing assessment and linkage to services.Qualifications of Adult Mobile Crisis Counselor:
Masters with MSW/LSW; LISW/LISW-S orLPCC/LPCC-S
Licensure preferred 2 years or more experience working in the behavioral healthcare field Eligible for or have an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number Have/maintain an excellent driving record Preference given to candidates with: Work experience with adults and families in community behavioral health or crisis intervention setting Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
