Qualifications:

Active RN license, with minimum 2 years dedicated ICU nursing experience ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association required

Preferred:

Prior experience working in a trauma Level 2 facility Proven ability to assess rapidly changing clinical scenarios and manage complex patient needs Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level, individualized care for critically ill patients within the ICU Monitor and interpret vital signs and manage advanced life support equipment Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient assessments and ongoing care planning Deliver thorough documentation, medication administration, and effective care interventions aligned with protocols Offer support and education to patients' families regarding care plans and progress
