Full-Time A day in the driver's seat By sunrise, your pre-trip is complete and your Conestoga is staged. You'll roll out from Redford carrying refurbished rubber and urethane rollers bound for customers throughout the Midwest and Canada. At each stop, you're the face of a division formerly known as Duratech—now part of American Roller Company—greeting teams on the dock, verifying counts, and protecting every shipment like it's your own. Between deliveries, you're communicating with dispatch and plant operations to lock in schedules, sharing customer feedback that helps us serve better, and keeping your logs, inspections, and DOT requirements current. You assist with loading and unloading when needed, navigate efficiently, and represent the company with professionalism from the first mile to the last.
