This hands-on role supports both in-shop production and field service projects across the United States. Experience in rubber lining, coatings, sandblasting, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Schedule & Travel Travel required for field service and customer shutdown projects Some assignments may require overnight travel for several weeks at a time Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Follow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, and customer safety requirements Wear and properly use required PPE Participate in safety meetings, job hazard reviews, and field safety procedures Prepare metal surfaces through grinding, sandblasting, and cleaning Apply rubber lining materials using cementing and hand application techniques Assist with lining tanks, piping, rollers, and industrial process equipment Trim, stitch, roll, and inspect rubber linings to ensure quality standards Safely operate grinders, hand tools, forklifts, and shop equipment Work both in a manufacturing environment and at customer job sites Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Travel as part of a field service crew for installations and shutdown projects What We're Looking For Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Industrial, mechanical, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred Rubber lining, coatings, sandblasting, or industrial maintenance experience is a plus Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding industrial environments Comfortable working in confined spaces and elevated areas when required Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn Willingness to travel for extended field assignments Valid driver's license preferred Why Join American Roller?
