CSR insurance sales service representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote our products and services, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct sales administration tasks, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies. Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and building relationships with potential clients. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with customers. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers and promote products/services. Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and sales techniques. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Proficient in sales administration processes and able to analyze market data effectively. Experience in outside sales is preferred, with the ability to negotiate successfully. Insurance License Life and Health or P&C Familiarity with telemarketing strategies to engage potential customers effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
