Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract A dynamic healthcare environment is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to provide quality imaging services. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting clinical teams and ensuring timely, accurate diagnostic imaging for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting as needed Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare team members to facilitate prompt communication of results Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, images, patient histories, and imaging records Adhere strictly to safety and infection control standards, including radiation protection measures Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and departmental best practices as required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent) Current state licensure (if applicable) Proficiency in operating advanced CT equipment and familiarity with PACS and RIS Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in an acute or clinical setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration and patient interaction BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
