Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Professionals with expertise in Imaging—specifically CT and X-Ray—are needed for a contract role offering a unique weekender schedule. This engaging opportunity calls for a versatile CT Technologist or X-ray/Radiologic Technologist ready to provide excellent patient care and diagnostic imaging services. Your adaptability will be valued with the opportunity to float across multiple facilities within the region, ensuring coverage where it's needed most and broadening your experience.
Schedule & Hours:
Weekender schedule (primarily weekends) Holiday coverage required for July 3rd (Friday), 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM Weekend rotation anticipated
Desired Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and modality-specific credential for CT Active, valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Previous experience conducting CT and X-ray imaging procedures in a hospital environment Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a detail-oriented approach Flexibility to float between several facilities within the assigned region as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT and X-ray imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Adhere to safety protocols for patients and staff at all times Ensure accurate patient identification and maintain thorough imaging records Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize patient care Provide compassionate, efficient care to a diverse patient population Meet all compliance and privacy standards
