Customer Account Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location:

White House, TN (Onsite)

Schedule:

Day Shift | 40 hours/week

Pay:

~$20/hour Overview A growing manufacturing company in the HVAC/industrial space is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support customers and internal sales operations. This is a fully onsite, day-shift role focused on inbound customer support, order processing, and sales assistance-not outbound sales. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and emails Process orders and perform accurate data entry Resolve customer issues and support order-related questions Assist with pricing, order status, and light upselling opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain accurate customer and order records Qualifications 2-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience with order entry, inside sales support, or customer account management Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing setting ERP or order management system experience is a plus What's Offered Stable day-shift schedule with consistent hours Support-focused role (no cold calling or outbound sales quotas) Long-term opportunity with an established manufacturer
