Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Assistance Representative to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, delivering exceptional service to a diverse, multilingual customer base. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Duties Engage with customers in multiple languages including Vietnamese, Greek, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin, Korean, Hebrew, Tagalog, Danish, Gujarati, Hindi, Khmer, Punjabi, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Thai, Russian, French and more to provide clear and friendly assistance. Address customer inquiries via phone, email or chat promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Assist customers with account management, order processing, troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively. Manage escalations by applying conflict management skills to de-escalate situations and find mutually beneficial solutions. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using organizational and typing skills for efficient follow-up. Support logistics and administrative tasks related to customer requests while adhering to safety standards such as Heavy lifting protocols when necessary. Requirements Fluency in multiple languages including English plus at least three of the following: Vietnamese, Greek, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin Chinese (Cantonese or other dialects), Korean, Hebrew, Tagalog or other listed languages. Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles demonstrating strong communication skills. Supervising or management experience is preferred to handle complex situations and lead by example. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for order calculations and data entry accuracy. Knowledge of logistics or aviation regulations is a plus but not required; training will be provided as needed. Ability to handle physical demands such as light heavy lifting when assisting customers or managing equipment safely. Strong conflict management abilities to resolve disputes diplomatically. Experience with administrative tasks including typing and record keeping. Join us in delivering outstanding customer experiences!
