Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator Chehalis, WA Expedeck - Outdoor Living Delivered Expedeck is looking for a reliable, organized, people-oriented person to join our team at our showroom and yard in Chehalis. This position is a mix of customer service, inside sales, showroom support, and order coordination. You'll be helping customers over the phone, assisting walk-ins, scheduling appointments, processing lumber orders, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and enjoys working with people. What You'll Be Doing Answer incoming calls and respond to new leads Schedule appointments for customers interested in deck projects Help walk-in customers visiting our showroom and yard Assist customers with deck and lumber purchases Process lumber and material orders Coordinate deliveries and pickups Communicate with Marketplace customers and create orders Work with our yard team to make sure orders are accurate and ready Help maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning software systems Able to multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Sales or customer service experience is a plus Our Core Values We care a lot about culture and who we bring onto the team.
