Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to lead our self-storage facility operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily customer interactions, manage leasing and property administrative tasks, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and foster a positive experience for all clients. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, optimize property performance, and uphold the highest standards of service excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine property management expertise with exceptional customer service skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate all customer service activities at the self-storage facility, ensuring prompt and professional assistance to clients. Manage property leasing processes, including conducting tours, signing contracts, and upselling additional storage solutions to maximize occupancy. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate facilities management tasks such as maintenance requests and safety checks using CMMS or other tools. Develop strong customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette, personalized service, and proactive communication to enhance client retention. Skills Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on self-storage or similar facilities. Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management and negotiation abilities to handle diverse client needs effectively. Office experience including filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and administrative support functions. Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction; experience in sales is a plus.
