This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, problem-solving, and keeping orders moving in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Communicating with customers via phone and email regarding orders, questions, and concerns

• Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer information
• Coordinating with production, shipping, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Tracking orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with documentation, account updates, and customer communication

What We're Looking For:

2-5+ years of customer service experience in an office setting required Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or order processing experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Stable work history preferred
