Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Counter Help to join our food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, takes orders, and ensures a seamless experience at our fast-paced establishment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and ordering processes using POS systems. Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including food handling stations, dining space, and equipment. Restock supplies, organize products, and ensure all food items are properly stored according to sanitation guidelines. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure quick service. Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing retail math calculations. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
