Job description Larry Bittle - State Farm Agency, located in Fayetteville, AR, is currently seeking a talented, caring professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set! If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, youll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
