Job Duties:
Provide customer support for e-commerce platforms Assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries Respond to emails, chats, and customer service tickets Process and manage orders through Shopify and Gorgias Maintain professional communication with customers Support daily customer service operations
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service Representative experience required Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify platform Minimum 1 year experience with Gorgias platform E-commerce support experience required Strong communication and computer skills Must have resume Must be available for interview Apply today!
