Job Description:
Customer Service Rep Immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently process a high volume of incoming orders and calls daily Resolve internal and external inquiries regarding product sales and logistics Provide accurate quotes on discounts, new inventory, and product specs to both clients and the sales team Manage all touchpoints with the goal of solving issues on the first interaction Assist with essential financial research, including collections and cash applications This is a 6+ month contract position with potential to extend or convert to direct-hire in the Northeast San Antonio area. Enjoy an onsite work environment, 8am - 5pm. REQUIRED SKILLS
1-3 years of experience in a customer service role in a call center environment Experience with internet-based phone systems 10-key by touch MS Office proficiency Detail-oriented Excellent communication skills High school diploma
PREFERRED SKILLS
3-5 years of experience Bachelor's degree Associate's degree Working knowledge of Oracle, CCAAS, or Salesforce Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorships are not available.
