In this paid role, you'll help customers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide a positive experience. You'll also support sales efforts and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries, product info, and account needs Handle support through phone, email, and chat Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback Enter and update records using Shopify and Gmail Use clear, professional communication and phone etiquette Identify customer needs and offer solutions or upgrades Handle cash transactions accurately when needed Positive attitude and patience on the phone Ability to help promote and close sales Experience Customer service or call center experience preferred Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus Comfortable with Microsoft Excel Outbound calling or sales experience helpful but not required Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
