Job description Customer Service Representative PT Open to Full-time Seeking a Part-time or Full-time, tech-savvy, and customer service-oriented individual, who is good at talking to customers and explaining the features/benefits of the vehicle. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned: Greet customers and direct them to where they need to go. Able to manage a multi-phone line. Ensure that every guest receives excellent customer service upon taking delivery of their vehicle, with a special emphasis on properly educating the guest about the technology of the vehicle, including navigation and Bluetooth. Keeping up with all product knowledge and any other updates related to the deliveries of a new vehicle. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, addressing any customer concerns through telephone and email after their purchase. Commit to becoming an expert and gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand's vehicle accessories and technology. Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work
EVENING SHIFTS AND/OR WEEKENDS.
Steady work history and a commitment to starting a new career. Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships (i.e., a "people person"). Excellent appearance and verbal/written communication skills. Strong record of positive Customer Service results. Team-oriented.
Basic computer skills:
Excel, Word etc. Submit to and complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Customer Service Coordinator opening. You don't have to have the automotive experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service.
