Occupational Therapist

We're currently partnering with a school district in Maricopa County, Arizona to hire a full-time, school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year . This role supports students across a K-12 setting and offers a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Full-time, 40 hours per week |

Monday-Friday School Year:

2026-2027 Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional life skills development Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License NBCOT Certification (Required) School-based and/or pediatric experience preferred Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package.
