Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Seeking Customer Service Representatives for Insurance Agency. No insurance experience necessary! An insurance license must be obtained in the first 30 days at no cost to the individual. CSR positions are in-office, M-F hours, no evenings or weekends, with opportunities for advancement. RESPONSIBILITIES

] Open and close the office each business day Answer all incoming calls; assist or direct to someone that can Greet walk-in clients; assist or direct to someone that can Assist in production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts Service client accounts Working knowledge of all agency client service standards and procedures Process all incoming personal lines mail as assigned Process outgoing mail daily Draft and type correspondence to clients and companies according to agency standards Create and recognize opportunities to develop client accounts Actively participate in team meetings, goals and community events Perform other duties as assigned [

REQUIREMENTS

] Minimum high school diploma and/or GED equivalent Obtain and maintain a Washington State Producer License Typing and data entry skills required
