A contract paraprofessional is needed to provide dedicated behavioral support to a 19-year-old student with autism and intellectual disabilities. The assignment runs Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm on the following dates: July 6-9, July 13-16, July 20-23, July 27-30, and August 3-6. Qualifications and Experience Sought:

Previous paraprofessional experience, especially within school or developmental program settings Knowledge and understanding of autism and intellectual disabilities Familiarity with behavioral support strategies and positive behavior interventions Ability to build rapport with young adults and effectively support participation in group activities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Dependability and strong sense of responsibility throughout the contract period

Key Responsibilities:
