Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes. Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals. Investigate and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism. General administrative tasksRequirements:
You must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain (we will help with this!) in order to be considered for the position. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.Contact:
