The ideal candidate will help oversee daily phone operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer communication and service. Key Responsibilities:

Call Center Assistant Manager Assist in supervising phone room staff and daily operations No Cold Calling, Inbound & Outbound Calls, Set Appointments for Sales Reps Monitor call quality and customer service standards Train and support new team members Help manage call schedules and coverage Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Work closely with management to improve team performance and efficiency Track call metrics and assist with reporting

Requirements:

Call Center Assistant Manager Previous experience in a call center, and customer service environment Leadership and supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer and phone system knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
