About the Position We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented CRM Supervisor to manage the daily flow of leads and support the performance of our call center sales team. The CRM Supervisor will be responsible for lead distribution, CRM organization, agent performance, KPIs, and maintaining a motivated and disciplined sales floor. Responsibilities Manage and monitor all leads coming into the CRM. Distribute, shuffle, and reshuffle leads based on agent activity and performance. Monitor agents' daily activity, productivity, and KPIs. Make sure leads are being properly worked and followed up with. Identify performance issues and communicate them to management. Maintain employee motivation, discipline, and accountability. Keep the sales floor organized, productive, and high-energy. Assist agents with CRM and day-to-day questions. Support management with daily sales-floor operations. Requirements Previous outbound call center sales experience is

REQUIRED.

Must have cold-calling experience. CRM experience is required. Previous supervisor or team lead experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Extremely detail-oriented. Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality. Strong communication skills. Ability to monitor KPIs and hold employees accountable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven call center.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
