Accident Injury Campaign Supervisor

CallCore Media is hiring an in-office Accident Injury Campaign Supervisor to lead and support a team of Accident Injury Intake Specialists. Our specialists speak with people who may have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, ask qualifying questions, document information, and transfer qualified callers to participating attorneys or legal partners. As the Campaign Supervisor, you will be responsible for keeping the team organized, motivated, and focused on production, quality, and accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys coaching employees, monitoring performance, and helping a team succeed. Pay, Benefits, and Career Growth This position offers: Hourly pay of $20 to $22 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Campaign-based profit sharing tied to team performance Typical total weekly compensation of $1,300 to $2,000 , including hourly pay and campaign profit sharing Voluntary benefits and supplemental coverage options available Actual weekly compensation may vary based on hours worked, team results, and overall campaign performance. About the Campaign This is a high-volume lead generation campaign focused on motor vehicle accident injury intake. Agents receive calls, follow a structured questionnaire, determine whether callers meet basic qualification criteria, and transfer qualified callers to participating attorneys or legal partners. This is not a traditional customer service campaign. Agents are not troubleshooting problems, providing legal advice, or making legal decisions. The team's focus is accurate qualification, documentation, and transfer execution. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Lead the daily activity of the MVA intake team Keep agents focused, engaged, and working toward team goals Monitor call volume, qualified transfers, talk time, availability, attendance, and call quality Provide real-time coaching and answer agent questions Review calls for script adherence, qualification accuracy, and professionalism Help agents improve through clear feedback and consistent follow-up Conduct brief team meetings, performance updates, and one-on-one coaching Ensure information is entered accurately into the CRM Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, breaks, and overall reliability Support the onboarding and development of new agents Recognize strong performance and address performance concerns promptly Work with Quality Assurance, Training, Human Resources, and Operations Identify lead-flow, dialer, CRM, or campaign issues and communicate them to leadership Prepare daily and weekly performance updates Maintain a positive, competitive, and accountable work environment How You'll Be Successful Success in this role is based on the overall performance of your team, including: Qualified transfer production Call quality and qualification accuracy Script and process adherence Attendance and schedule reliability Agent improvement and development Accurate documentation Team engagement and consistency Overall campaign performance and profitability Schedule and Location This is a full-time, in-office position at CallCore Media in Port Orange, Florida. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to report to work consistently for all scheduled shifts. The campaign operates during daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Schedule availability will be discussed during the interview process. CallCore Media operates 363 days per year and is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has: Previous call center leadership, management, or supervisory experience Experience in lead generation, sales, intake, or another performance-based environment Strong coaching and communication skills The ability to motivate employees while maintaining accountability Confidence addressing performance and attendance concerns Experience working with call center metrics and performance goals Strong computer, CRM, and reporting skills Good judgment and problem-solving abilities Strong organization and attention to detail A reliable and consistent work history Reliable transportation Previous experience with motor vehicle accident intake, legal lead generation, or attorney-transfer campaigns is preferred but not required.
