This position is designed for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career, develop leadership and management skills, and grow into a future Call Floor Manager role. The ideal candidate is someone who is coachable, organized, confident, and motivated by team performance , with a genuine interest in leading and developing others.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Call Floor Manager in Training , you will work alongside our current leadership team while receiving hands-on training in call floor operations, employee coaching, performance management, and team development. You will gradually take on additional responsibilities as you develop the skills and experience needed to move into a full Call Floor Manager position.You will learn how to:
Lead and motivate a high-performing team Coach employees to improve performance Monitor and analyze call center KPIs Support employee training and development Handle escalations and operational challenges Promote productivity, quality, and accountability Support daily call floor operations This is a development-focused leadership opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership Development & Training Shadow current Call Floor Managers to learn daily operations and leadership practices Participate in leadership coaching and development Assist with daily team huddles and one-on-one meetings Support onboarding and training for new Patient Service Representatives, Telehealth Representatives, and Insurance Representatives Help promote team engagement, accountability, and productivity Gradually assume additional leadership responsibilities as training progresses Performance & Quality Learn to monitor key call center KPIs, including call volume, handle time, productivity, and patient/customer satisfaction Assist with quality monitoring and performance reviews Practice providing constructive feedback and coaching Identify opportunities to improve team performance and productivity Learn how leadership and team performance impact overall business results Operational Support Assist with scheduling and floor coverage Support the team during high-volume periods Help address escalated calls and complex situations Assist Call Floor Managers with daily operational needs Step in to support leadership when neededGOALS FOR THE ROLE
During the training period, you will work toward: Developing strong leadership and coaching skills Understanding call floor operations and performance metrics Building confidence in employee communication and performance management Supporting a positive and productive team environment Developing the skills necessary to transition into a full Call Floor Manager position Building a long-term career path within the organizationQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Previous call center, customer service, healthcare, or similar experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Demonstrated interest in leadership and employee development Ability to learn new systems and processes quicklySCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS
Full-time position Monday-Friday availability Must be willing to rotate one Saturday per month for approximately 4 hours Must be able to work onsite in Cedar City, UT 84720 Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment Must demonstrate a strong interest in developing into a Call Floor ManagerCOMPENSATION
We offer a performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward growth and strong performance:Starting Base Pay:
$18.00/hourPerformance-Based Bonus:
Additional bonus opportunities based on team and individual performance 6-Month Performance Review:
Employees may be eligible for a pay increase of up to $0.50/hour after six months , based on their performance scorecards, productivity, leadership development, and overall performance in the role Additional compensation opportunities may be available as responsibilities increase and the employee progresses into a full Call Floor Manager positionBENEFITS 401
