What Does Success Look Like:
You can feel successful as a Youth Mentor at Havenwood Academy if you: Keep the guests at Havenwood safe. Behave in a relational manner, retaining your composure and staying calm and collected. Lead your team in pursuit of The Havenwood Academy mission: " We provide world class trauma treatment to children who would not otherwise receive care". Repair relationship breaks with team members and guests as needed. Maintain a comfortable, visually appealing, and clean environment in your assigned home. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum age of 20. Ability to pass a background check & TB test. Clean Motor Vehicle Record. Experience in similar environments that share the characteristics of: volatility, uncertainty, chaos, and ambiguity is preferred but not required.Compensation & Benefits Starting Rate:
$17.00 per hour.Performance-Based Raises:
$0.20- $0.
On-Call Bonus:
$100 per week for participation in the Emergency Response Team (ERT).Benefits:
401(k) eligibility after 3 months (full-time employees). PTO accrual beginning after 6 months.
