Position Overview The Customer Experience Administrator serves as a point of contact between Axiom and its customers while also providing administrative support for customer contracts, pricing, renewals, service changes, and account documentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships but also has organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to manage contracts, deadlines, documentation, and multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage customer requests from initial inquiry through resolution, ensuring appropriate follow-up and communication. Assist with the administration and maintenance of customer contracts, amendments, addenda, renewals, pricing schedules, and related documentation. Assist with preparing customer proposals, service changes, pricing updates, contract modifications, and supporting documentation. Maintain organized and accurate customer and contract records. Coordinate customer projects such as new account implementations, service conversions, installations and deinstallations, location additions, software updates, and other service changes. Research customer questions, service discrepancies, billing concerns, operational issues, and escalations and coordinate resolution with the appropriate departments. Communicate customer expectations and contractual requirements clearly to internal teams. Prepare professional customer correspondence, reports, summaries, and other written documentation. Identify upcoming customer needs, contract deadlines, unresolved issues, and potential risks and escalate them appropriately. Participate in customer meetings, internal workgroups, implementation discussions, and account reviews. Provide backup support to Customer Experience leadership as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive customer and company information professionally. Occasional travel may be required for customer or internal meetings. Perform additional customer experience, contract administration, research, and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have customer relationship management and contract administration experience, preferably in a financial services, banking, transportation, logistics, professional services, or other regulated environment. Strong candidates will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with limited supervision. Candidates should also be comfortable researching issues, interpreting contractual requirements, coordinating across multiple departments, communicating with management and customers, and handling confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other business applications is expected. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means our customers receive timely answers, internal teams understand what has been committed, contracts and renewals do not fall through the cracks, documentation is accurate and organized, and customer issues are followed through to resolution. The Customer Experience Administrator should be someone who sees an open item and owns it through completion. Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time position with Axiom Armored Transport.

Starting Wage:

$30.00 per hour. Business Hours M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm. Semi-monthly pay schedule. Paid vacation. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Life and AD&D insurance.
