As a Regional Manager, Client Services , you'll play a pivotal leadership role within a growing, nationally recognized wealth management firm. This is an opportunity for an experienced financial services leader to influence operations, develop high-performing teams, and help shape the client experience across a respected region of our business. You'll serve as a trusted partner to advisors, mentor and develop client service professionals, and ensure excellence remains at the center of everything we do. In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas: Lead and develop Client Service Associates and administrative support teams across the region. Foster a collaborative, client-first culture focused on service excellence and operational consistency. Partner with regional leadership to maintain exceptional service standards and support business growth. Coach, mentor, and develop employees while creating opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Support hiring efforts, succession planning, workforce development, and team engagement. Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency and the client experience. Resolve complex client service and operational matters with professionalism and sound judgment. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and maintain a strong culture of accountability and integrity. Collaborate closely with advisors and regional leaders to support clients with sophisticated service needs. A couple things to note about our Regional Manager, Client Services position: This position is based in the Birmingham, Alabama region and supports multiple office locations. We expect you to be able to work in person out of our office at 101 25th Street North in Birmingham. Regular travel within the region is expected to support teams, offices, and employee development efforts. This role offers significant visibility and influence, partnering closely with regional leadership and helping shape the client experience across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact within a growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). The Regional Manager, Client Services position typically requires the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience. 5-8+ years of successful experience within the financial services industry, preferably within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or broker-dealer environment. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing employees. Demonstrated ability to build trust, develop talent, and lead high-performing teams. Strong client service mindset and commitment to doing what's right for clients. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Experience leading within a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Experience handling employee development, performance management, and difficult conversations with professionalism and care. The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 annually . Actual compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market considerations. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance. Based on current Birmingham market conditions, we anticipate targeting candidates within the middle portion of the range, depending on experience and qualifications.
