Full-Time & Part-Time | Various Shifts Hiring on behalf of a client: We are seeking dependable, responsible, and organized individuals to provide kitchen support, overnight resident supervision, and staff supervision in a residential care setting. Positions are available with various responsibilities based on experience and assignment. Kitchen Staff Responsibilities Assist with preparing and serving meals and snacks. Assist the Dietary Manager with weekly and monthly menus as requested. Receive, store, and organize food and kitchen supplies. Assist with weekly inventory of food and kitchen supplies. Maintain adequate kitchen supplies to meet resident needs. Prepare after-school snacks and dinner. Prepare and serve snacks between approximately 3:00 PM-4:00 PM . Assist with dinner service from approximately 5:30 PM-6:15 PM . Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Clean refrigerators, freezers, cooking equipment, utensils, microwave, and deep fryer. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures. Client Staff Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision and support for residents. Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift. Conduct regular resident checks and assist with daily routines. Help maintain resident safety and wellbeing. Complete required documentation, daily reports, and check-off sheets. Maintain a clean and organized living environment. Complete laundry and other assigned household duties. Communicate important information between shifts. Follow all company policies, procedures, and resident-care requirements. Work cooperatively with Team Leaders, supervisors, and other staff.
Overnight Shift:
Approximately 11:00 PM-7:00
AM Pay:
$15.00 per hour Staff Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise Team Leaders and Client Staff and ensure job responsibilities are completed. Ensure required documentation, reports, daily progress reports, and check-off sheets are completed accurately and on time. Ensure staff follow policies, procedures, workplace conduct, and phone-use expectations. Provide input for probationary and annual staff evaluations. Develop and maintain staff orientation schedules. Conduct required drills on all shifts and complete related documentation. Complete vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, supplied, and fueled as needed. Coordinate staff training schedules and requirements with Social Services and the Clinical Director. Create and maintain weekly staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage. Arrange replacement or coverage when staff are unexpectedly unavailable. Maintain and update binders in the kitchen and resident hall. Coordinate with Team Leaders regarding supplies, inventory, and medication distribution. Coordinate monthly staff meetings with the Administrator and/or Case Manager. Monitor training attendance and provide feedback regarding required training. Oversee daily Client Care Staff responsibilities, including chores and inspections. Coordinate with the Dietary Manager and Kitchen Staff regarding resident needs. Communicate staff-related concerns to the Administrator. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Dependable, responsible, and punctual. Able to work well with others and maintain a professional attitude. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. Able to follow instructions, policies, and safety procedures. Comfortable working independently when required. Able to communicate effectively with staff and supervisors. Previous kitchen, food service, residential care, supervisory, or related experience is preferred but may not be required depending on the position. Must be able to remain alert and attentive during overnight shifts when assigned.
