Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated
CNA / PCA
to join our team at our behavioral health facility. This position plays an important role in supporting clients with daily living needs while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment. Responsibilities may include assisting clients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals, and other routine care needs. The
CNA / PCA
will also assist with monitoring client well-being, maintaining a clean and safe environment, documenting services as required, and reporting any changes or concerns to appropriate staff. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, and other routine care needs. Provide supervision and support to clients throughout the day. Assist with meals and other daily routines as needed. Observe clients for changes in behavior, mood, physical condition, or overall well-being and report concerns to appropriate staff. Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance and support. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized client environment. Follow individualized care plans, facility policies, and established procedures. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Work closely with other staff members to provide consistent and quality care. Assist with behavioral redirection and de-escalation when appropriate and within training and facility guidelines. Experience CNA or PCA experience/background required. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health setting required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional when working with clients experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges. Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions, care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies. Experience assisting individuals with activities of daily living is strongly preferred. Must demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and respect when working with clients. Sign-On Bonus :
$250 after successfully completing 90 days of employment An additional $250 after completing 6 months of employment
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
