This is a true service role—not a sales position . You will focus on client retention, policy servicing, and relationship management , not prospecting or cold calling. What You'll Do (Client Service & Account Management) In this Personal Lines Account Manager / Insurance CSR role , you will: Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts (homeowners, auto, umbrella, personal liability) Handle policy servicing tasks including endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage changes Conduct coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected Market and remarket policies with carriers to maintain competitive pricing and coverage Process policy documents, certificates, and endorsements accurately in the agency management system Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier partners Support account rounding and cross-selling efforts (no sales quotas or cold calling) Deliver exceptional customer service to drive retention and satisfaction What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, account management, or insurance CSR roles Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (or ability to obtain quickly) Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Experience with agency management systems (AMS), carrier portals, and rating tools Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced insurance agency environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction What We Offer 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision (employee-only) + partial dependent coverage PTO Company-paid holidays 401(k) with employer contribution Career growth in a dynamic, nationwide network Collaborative, innovative, high-energy work culture Why Alkeme?
